Disillusioned
Richmond swimming pool is a great place for a dip all year round. Surely, everybody knows that. But who knows that the manager of the pool is called Jo Pond and an assistant manager (presumably responsible for temperature control) goes by the name of Luke Warmer? You could not make it up :-)!
