Maison Deco: Gone bust

They have now confirmed to me that they have gone out of business together with my hefty deposit!! I know of three others who are similarly affected. Does anyone know what the situation is in terms of the legality of what they've done. The took my deposit 2 months ago, don't appear to have placed any orders in respect of my items and have just used the money to bridge their working capital requirements...

The money was paid to try and tidy up our run-down living room in time for Christmas :(

Would be really grateful for the advice of anyone who knows more about the process.
