Gordon Ramsay has reached an out of court settlement with former shareholder Chris Hutcheson over unfair dismissal claims. Hutcheson, who happens to be related to Ramsay's wife, also claimed unpaid wages and age discrimination, however all claims have been withdrawn. Was he given a mighty pay-off?

What's happened to Ramsay? Never see him on the tv anymore, it's all about Heston at the moment isn't it.

He appears to be busy opening restaurants in Las Vegas casinos at the moment.

And in further news, a Montreal neighbourhood restaurant is removing Ramsay's name from their door, claiming he has been too busy to visit since he began his association with them in August last year. Laurier Gordon Ramsay, formerly known as Rotisserie Laurier BBQ, hit the news thanks to the collaboration with the famous chef, however according to them he failed to promote their business. Ramsay's spokesperson claims they did more than they were contractually obliged to and are "surprised and saddened" by the decision.

Do you think an association with Ramsay is still an asset to a business? It just seems that he's had a connection with so many in some capacity or other e.g. all those he did the Kitchen Nightmares programmes about, that having his name mentioned is now quite common and not a sign of distinction..
