Masterchef's Gregg Wallace opens 1970s themed restaurant

Masterchef's Gregg Wallace opens new restaurant Gregg's Table on February 27th at the Bermondsey Square Hotel. The menu will feature 1970s dishes like lobster thermidor, spam fritters, boiled beef and carrots and knickerbocker glories. Wallace has billed the restaurant as "a thinking person's greasy spoon".

Boiled Beef :confused2: never heard of anyone boiling beef before.
My mum always made boiled bacon though.

My kids love spam fritters..... not my kinda thing though.
