I'm going to London in November and I really want to see a musical during my stay, but I can't choose between Wicked and Les Misérables. I haven't seen both of them, but I love the music.

Which of those two would be the best choice?

Both shows are excellent. With Wicked being a brand new show though, tickets are quite hard to get. I tried about a month ago for a particular day in November and struggled to get 4 seats. Les Miserables has lots of offers around (look on www.theatremonkey.com) so is cheaper and you will get a better seat. Hope you enjoy whichever show you decide to see.

Go and see Wicked if you can! I have missed the opportunity to go and see it as I have no money to get to London and no means of getting back. I had already bought my tickets. A group of us were going. It was the first EVER westend performance of Wicked as well - on 7th September. Absolutley gutted! But I'm sure they'll be other opportunities. It looks AMAZING though! I urge you to go and see it if you can!

Personally I'd ay Les Mis - it's a classic and one of the longest running shows in the West End

I love musicals and heard some clips of the Wicked songs and was a bit disapotinted as I really wanted to go.

Went to Les Mis earlier this year and was blown away :-D
