Hello people,

This is my first post, I'm really glad i found this site as it seems to be packed with loads of usefull and cool stuff. Happy

I am (like several people posting here!) moving to london to start work at the end of this month and could do with some advise on where is a good bet to live.

I am going to be working near southbank, the office is in between waterloo and southwark tube stations. From this I need to find a house/flat share somewhere on either the Jubilee, Northern or Bakerloo lines and aditionally north of the Thames.

???
Could anyone give me some advise on which areas are reasonably nice to live in with either a student population or a young area and north of the thames on the three mentioned lines.
???

Additionally I am looking for somewhere not too expensive (around £400/month all inclusive), with adjacent parking.

Ive had a read of the other posts online already which have been really useful but im finding the huge amount to take in somewhat overwealming!

I very much appreciate any advise
Thanks
Shaun
