Hi Buddy

We moving in to london, office around Liverpool Street, have a small kiddo around 3 yrs so looking at a nice neighbourhood, around 30-40 mts max from Liverpool Street, proximity to tube, school, shopping would be ideal - specific areas u could recommend could help us in our search and settling down!

Best wishes
Sunita

Dear Sunita,

I have found great accommodation through studios92, they have got great studios and other accommodation maybe that can help you. I would not move to central London with little children as it is really crowded, but 40 minutes from there should be fine.
Hope you can find something

Sunita,

Welcome to our forum :)

Have you considered Richmond, Kingston, Chiswick etc? Lots of these West London areas are ideal if you have children. Transport on the overland train service into central London is around 20 - 30 minutes from Richmond/Kingston.

Hope that helps,

Hi Sunita - I've just posted the ad below on the website - though I guess I'm too late for you re accomodation in London??

Beautiful 4 bed house to let in Finchley Central - North London

I would like to let out my 4 bedroom semi-detached house in Finchley Central (North London). It's on the Northern Line and takes about 30-40mins on the tube to get into Moorgate, Bank or the West End (the great thing about the Northern Line is that you dont have to change tubes if your going into the West End or the City as it serves both areas).

You can find details on the house by copying either of the two links below into your browser having recently put up with the letting agents

The home is ideal for a professional couple or a small family. Its in walking distance of a beautiful park and shops. As we have lived in this sought after area for many years hence we can advise the prospective tenants on the best local nurseries, schools, playgroups, doctors, health clubs / gyms and other local amenities. Its also well locted to the M1 motorway in case you need to go up north and the A406 - incase you need to visit East or West London.

The house is available part furnished or unfurnished immediately.

Please feel free to contact me by return e-mail

Kind regards

Robbie
