Good bar with good dancing on a Tuesday night?!?!

I have a friend coming over from Belfast on the 12th December (which is a Tuesday) and I'm taking her to see George Michael at Wembley Arena. we want to go out somewhere afterwards for a lot of drinks and a lot of dancing!! I haven't lived in London for long, so i don't know the best places to go esp. on a Tuesday night.

Any suggestions?
