Hyde Park - Can you hire a part of it for private party?

Do you know if you can hire an area within a London park for a private party and who I need to speak to if you can?

I doubt that they'll let you hire any part of it for a private party, they wouldn't even let us drive a bus around Regent's Park on our wedding day!
