we'll be visiting London from December 30th till January 2nd and booked a room in a hotel near the tube station Hanger Lane which is in zone 3. Could you please help me figure out which tube ticket would be best? I read that the weekend ticket only covers zone 1 and 2, would it be cheapest to get that and pay extra for the rides to and from the hotel or are there any other possibilities? Unfortunately we dont have enough time to have a travel card shipped to us.
