Hi Jenny,
Why not look into hiring wheelchairs or mobility scooters. Our family have done it a couple of times for my Grandad. He loves whizzing off in them and it means it really opens up your options for where you can go, because then your aunty won't get as tired.
And most places are really good for wheelchair access now.
Take a look at this sheet on wheelchair and mobility hire in London:

And then some good ideas for accessible venues:

Other attractions with good mobility access in area include the
V&A Museum and parts of
Hyde Park and
Kensington Gardens.
Also, you could maybe try just down the road at Harrods in Knightsbridge. I just gave them a call and they said that they were wheelchair accessible and you can also be supplied with a wheelchair for collection when you visit Harrods. If you're interested in this just call the main Harrods number 020 7730 1234 and they'll put you through to the correct department where you can book a chair... they were really helpful.
I hope this give you some ideas.
All the best,
AIL Staff
