bar restaurant

Hi!

I do not live in London, but I will need a nice sort of pub restaurant near Victoria to go to for my Mum's b-day. We want to go there after a musical, so they would have to serve food till late. But we do not really want to go to a restaurant, because we do not want a big meal. Is there something like a restaurant that has a bar too... or something like that... something stylish or so.
