Ideas for improvements to the forum

Couple of things I think you should get your IT people to add:


- Sticky threads
there seem to be a few questions that keep cropping up and could be held at the top of the topic board.

- report spam link
I've seen some rather spammy threads get started on these boards which you guys seem to delete most of the time, might be an idea to have a "report this post" type thing as other boards have.

- more smilies
there aren't really enough smilies available on here, would be nice to be able to use some more.
