Caribbean food hunt!

I live in the wilds of Sunderland and caribbean restaurants are non existant up here. My husband is a trini and I'd love to get him some REAL roti and jerk chicken for his birthday in June. Does anyone know of any restaurants in London that would be prepared to actually send food to me via courier???????
