Hi there,

There is a congestion charge operating in London, it's £8 a day and is payable if you travel in to the congestion zone during 7:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

As for parking, to park near Leciester Square will be difficult, I think there are a few car parks in the area but getting a space will be almost impossible.

I'd recommend you park near a tube station outside of central London and get the tube in, much quicker and much less hassle.

I wouldn't recommend parking, finding a space will probably be hard + parking is so expensive.
