I think it's an embarrassment.
Seb Coe reckons it's "of the time" and reflects the style of the country. What does he know about style? This is a man who wore lycra out of choice for about 20 years of his life... and now whenever I see him he's either in a Harris Tweed jacket (not unlike one of my old English teachers) or in a black polar neck (what is he, the milk tray man?)... anyway off the point a bit there...
I don't think that it reflects very well on London at all or the country as a whole... I think it really hurts our credibility on the international stage.
