Pleas help me, I looking for a bus or train in Saturday to Harlow

Hello, I'm from Poland, and i came to London in Saturday, and i must get in to Harlow to my sister. I can't find buses to Harlow, cursed to Harlow, i know that i can go by subway to loverpool street, and from liverpool to Harlow by Train, but ticket for a subway cost 8 pounds, and train from liverpool to Harlow cost 8 pounds too , can i go to Harlow by Traveled Card do Harlow?? where can i buy it and how much cost it?? please help me

I must get to from Victoria Green Bus Station to Harlow, I know, that if I get to Liverpool Station i must go by subway to liverpool, and by train do Harlow, bu it cost 16 punds, please, tell me if I can go to Harlow by all day long card?? I know that from Harlow to London i can buy this ticket, it cost 8 punds i can traveled from harlow to london, and all over to london, i back to Harlow in the same day. I just must get to Harlow in Saturday from the cheapest way.
