Where are the good open mic nights?

I would appreciate info about open mike night especially ones with house bands or pianists to accompany singers.

i run a free entry open mic, every tuesday.. its at the half moon, right near herne hill train station (10 Half Moon Lane, Herne Hill, London, SE24 9HU).. sign-ups from 7, doors 8pm-midnight.. we have a large, and beautiful sounding p.a., professional engineers, and half price pizza! all music welcome, from spoken word, to solo musicians, and acoustic singer/songwriters.. relaxed atmosphere, receptive audiences.. bring down your lyric book, your instrument, and yourself!
