house clearance diseased help

i have to go and clear a relatives house who passed away in islington, does anyone know who would buy the stuff or and any charity organisations who take things
nr islington, i have to clear everything from a flat.
im at a loss where to start or who to ring about it.
can anyone help with any names numbers or organisations etc please, and any advice
