The Ghosts Of Oxford Street

I have spent years trying to get a copy of this dvd. Hours searching various links. Car boot sales. I have written to channell 4 but got no reply. It was made special for 4 and I watched it. I am desperate to see it again.

Here I am back with the reply from channel 4. They say it was never released on video at the time, and they have no plans to do so in the future. They sorry to dissapoint me. :( But what if loads of us wrote to them begging to show it again this christmas? ;)

Ok, new on here and i know this thread is a year old, but i have an answer to this question.

I became interested in this film due to the fact that myth or not.....some of this was filmed under oxford street which is the original Victorian oxford street with cobbled streets and shops.

I would love to find out if this is true or not, maybe Robert Elms knows from Radio London.

Anyway, i have the film, recoded and stuck on dvd-r, if you want it i can send you a copy.

You should find it here, this is a legal download site too. Your friend may have to sign up but thats ok and everything is free. It will take quite a while but if you want it it will be worth the wait.
