I'm a student at Roehampton as of this September and as yet don't know of many places to go out in central, apart from Cheapskates@Moonlighting..
I have my three best friends coming to stay for around a week (mon-fri) on the 17th and obviously need things to entertain them with. I was planning to go to Oceana on the monday and cheapskates on the wednesday, but i'd also like to go out on thursday and don't really know anywhere to go.
i'm looking to go properly central, generally the soho/leicester sq/covent garden area so that if we end up somewhere crap we can move somewhere else fairly easily, and so we don't get too lost!
Criteria:
- good club with:
-good music (chart kinda stuff is best, somewhere that plays a mix of rnb/hiphop/indie/dance or with different rooms/floors - basically stuff you can dance to)
- nice people, not full of sleazebags or troublemakers; im guessing a studenty kinda place would be best but not necessary
- a not-huge entrance fee. i don't care too much if the drinks are expensive, as we'll probably go drinking in a cheapish bar beforehand. but of course it would be a bonus if they're reasonable!
aand yeah thats about it i guess. any ideas?
