Hi all, My baby daughter was admitted to Great Ormond Street Hospital on Wednesday. The hospital gave us a parking permit for the Wednesday but will not issue any more until she is discharged which is likely to be several weeks time. I have had to pay on meters to park the car and as you can imagine it is costing a small fortune.

Can anyone please tell me the best (cheapest) place to park around that area.

(We would be entitled to, but have not yet applied for a disabled badge)

Any advice at all would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Graham.

hi there, sorry to hear your daughter isn't well - must be a difficult time for you anyway without parking problems on top! i'm afraid i can't really help out but do know that they are very strict with parking in that area with lots of patrols all the time. i realise it's obvious, but have you considered public transport? there are lots of options around there and if you you're not travelling with children it is normally a bit easier?? given that you'd have to pay the cc if driving, i reckon its best avoided if at all possible. good luck - hope she gets better very soon.
