Working in Fulham

Hello...

I am moving to London to take up a new job. My office is based in London close to Parsons Green Tube station.

Can anyone give me some clue as to where I should be looking for an apartment to rent. I want to be in a nice area close to a Tube station so I can commute to work. I don't want to spend a fortune but at the same time I don't want to live in a bad area.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I'd recommend Putney, not the cheapest area but bargains can be had, your commute will be very cheap and simple as well.

Hope that helps,
Mogwai

Lived in London since 2003, it's alright I suppose.

have you considered parson's green itself? this tends to be cheaper than fulham and putney on either side and so could be a great option if you work there. its a nice place too just not quite as popular as some of the surrounding parts and so still better value for money.
