lack of venue for 18th party

hi im looking for a venue for my 18th birthday party, i'd love to find a warehouse or something in london but they seem to be quite hard to come by. There will be 250-300 guests, all over 18. Does anyone have any ideas?

What about the Amadeus Centre in Maida Vale? Not sure on capacity but it's a great venue, pretty cheap to hire and good location..
