There is a fantastic pub in Borough called The Garrison. You need a reservation to eat there, it's usually rammed on any day of the week!

i'm sure you'll know about it already, but Borough Market is amazing and THE place to be at the weekend ;) so much good stuff there and always something new.
i've heard Borough itself is getting to be pretty trendy - lots of the classic 'young professionals' moving in.. think you've made a wise choice :)
