First take my apologize for mistakes in spelling and grammar....

So abaut West Ham...
I want to ask about that part of london, because I and my girl are coming in london next week for a first time and we will stay in relative's flat in West Ham for a whole week...
I just wander is it a safe part of town to walk in the midle of the night because we will spend most of our time walking araund centre and we will coming home quite late...
(is there all night public transport from center)
Tell me please about food & drink in that part of london (our budget is not too big so please dont reccomend us expensive pubs and bars)...
