Why are people in London so committed?!?

Hi. I’m new to this forum, so I hope you don’t mind me starting a thread. I’ve been doing some research for AOL about what people are like with service contracts, and the results say that people in London are among the most committed in Britain. I don’t understand why. Any ideas?

Maybe its because we're all too busy writing on the AIL forum to switch suppliers :laugh:

Seriously, it could just be because Londoners arguably work longer hours and go out more than those in other areas so there's less time left to deal with other things such as moving suppliers. Also those in the south-east tend to be on higher salaries and therefore they may be less bothered about saving a few quid than those in other areas?? Just a couple of ideas to through into the ring!
