Shopping in London

Hey

I am going to visit London in two weeks for 5 days. I would like to know if there are shops (would be good if they were on Oxford Street) that have fashionable clothing that isn't too expensive.

You should be fine at the moment as the summer sales are on everywhere... there'll be some real bargains in Selfridges if you're lucky :cloud9:

Selfridges is a good bet anyway - go into the women's clothing entrance (at the back past French Connection off Oxford Street towards Wigmore Street)... they have loads of concessions there including good value ones like Top Shop.

the best street for shopping is oxford street girl!!there's a shop that i liked a lot!!it's "RIVER ISLAND"!!!its clothes are awesome!!and there not very expensive at all...!!!you can also visit the "NEXT"...it's close to marble arch!!oxford street too!!try them!!

Also good are Warehouse, Oasis and French Connection.

Oxford street is the best,
you may get lost getting your way around, but its not like America at all! When I went to NY theres so many shops on so many roads, where as oxford street is just one block, if you get what I am saying lol?


You should go to Harrods or Selfridges for bigger departments.

Defiantly go to TopShop Oxford Street its like heaven!!

Theres loads of places like selfridges.

Bond street although it is expensive you can find some reasonable places that are the same price as other high street shops.

I found this mad website www.urbanmapz.co.uk it maps out the high streets so you don't have to wander around all the High Streets. I have just come from Oz so everything is expensive!!!! But I really like Zara's stuff. I got this really sweet coat and is like super warm.
