If you're at a loose end for something to do and want to check out some new music, feel free to come down this Thursday to the single launch night for the band Apples for Everyone, where they will be supported by other bands and artists.

Blurb taken from their website...

We're launching a double-A side of The Happisburgh Address and Take The Matterhorn with a launch party at the fabulous Brixton Jamm on the 4th September. Entry will be £5 and we'll have support from bands, poets, merch stalls and more! There will be free copies of the single available at the night

Apples for Everyone is an eclectic band, with an unique sound. They have been a weekly winner on XFM Online's Uploaded... here's their latest review by Tourdates in July 2008...
They got together last year with the simple aim of enjoying playing music with a lot of other people, and now they are performing in various esteemed venues around London with their own material. They've caught the ear of Steve Harris at XFM and Matchbox Records...With a first album already recorded, Apples For Everyone's dream may finally bear fruit
