my friends have been bugging me to tell them what im doing for my birthday but i havent got a clue what to do! i wanted to do something different but not too expensive, any ideas?

I went to one of my friends friends party a few months ago and the birthday boys name was Phil so we all had to turn up in fancy dress begining with P for Phil. I went as a Punk, my friend went as Pinocchio and her friend Beth went as Mrs Potato Head :) it was very amusing! i even had a feather mohawk!
