Hotel ideas?

Hi,

I'm looking to stay in a reasonably priced hotel near Tottenham Court Road. I'm having trouble finding one that's not 5 star! I'm off to the Borderline in a few weeks and could do with a hotel/b+b within walking distance of the venue.

Can anyone help please!
