hey, my name's Joanne, actually I'm 15 now and I would like to study in London/alternatively its suroundings, I live in small town in Poland, I passed FCE this year with the highest grade(accidently!^^) and I quite don't catch those things that are written on the universities sites, especially those bout international students. What do I have to do, what exams to take?

I'm interested in English filology, literature, acting(how about studying performance in London, is it hard to be accepted in e.g. Drama Centre London?), psychology...
And what is the average cost of the whole event? What to I have to do to apply, which university to choose and what are my chances? My notes are pretty good and I'm thinkng about attending English Secondary School in Poland and then head to England...

I would be really and truly grateful for any advice you can give me, to contact with me directly(you're so naive, Joan) my e-mail *********

:* thanks in advance

The best thing for you to do is ask the people who know the answers, adn that's the universties. If you don't understand what it says on their websites, e-mail them and ask these questions. They'll be happy to help you and you will get proper answers.

I would like to know Londoners' opinion, ppl who live there and may have some experience and know whether it's tough to study perfomance in London or not and what would be the best course for a non-native English speaker, I dunno.

well I studied drama (and film) and if you want to do anything performance related, a university worth it's salt will want you to audition. The thing is londoners opinions will not be as helpful to you as speaking to universities yourself, especially if you're serious about studying here. On here were just a bhmxh of people taking some time off work or housework or real life just to have some banter with each other. There's nor much we can offer you regarding your future. Were not international students cause were londoners, and perhaps not all of us went to Uni. If studying here is something you really want to do then I think your best shot is speaking to the universities and reading up on student testimonials and perhaps speaking to foreign studentsvwho were in positions like yourself. I hope that helps and good luck
