Hi guys,

Hope you don't mind another question. I'l be visiting London with my girlfriend in January. We're looking at a choice of hotels:

Near whitechapel high street close to tower bridge,

Covent Garden at high holborn

Aldgate East near lehman street.

We'll want to do the regular tourist stuff, london eye, Westminster, oxford street etc.

The covent garden hotel is 20 quid a night more expensive, is it worth shelling out for.

Are the other areas ok, or worth avoiding?

Thanks in advance,

Zeppelin

Oops forgot to add we also have the option of a hotel beside Kings Cross Station. Which of these hotels do you think will suit us best?

Cheers,

Covent Garden, you are within a reasonable walk of the major West End attractions, and I think even for £20 more its worth shelling out for.

The others will require definite travel in, which might be a little less helpful at night etc.

Covent Garden!

My friend stayed there and liked it. Besides , you are in center of everything what's happening in London. Can't miss it staying there.

Thanks so much.

I think it is great that you guys are willing to come on to this forum and answer what must seem like silly questions to you.

Many thanks!
