I am reading the same book! I find it very stimulating and intriguing. I am wondering how close is the script to the book? well I guess I have to wait to find out! :o
Plus to it I am reading short stories of Anton Checkov my favorite writer. Frankly speaking there was no a day when I haven't read something of his. I know all of his novels, stories and plays by heart now.

You're right I think his childhood reflected on all the unpleasantness that Dillinger translated in his life. I think that his own inner insecurities led him to robbing and treating people badly.
I am sure that Johnny will be superb as Dillinger! :smug:
