Victoria coach station to Heathrow

Hi all

Hoping you can help.

What is the quickest way to get from the Victoria Coach Station to Heathrow airport?

I'm *hoping* to get a bus from Edinburgh that arrives in London at 6.45am but my flight to Cairo leaves from Heathrow at 9.15am ... and I assume check in is 2 hours before hand ...

Any help would be great.
