Help, Virus!!!

Grrr- grrr.

I think I got a computer virus , the system keeps shutting down, just in the middle of me doing something important like chatting to you guys!!!

I have Norton antivirus though. O.k it said it is shutting down again.

i scan my computer quite often because i'm really worried about viruses lol ad i've had some bad luck with them in the past.

if I understand well the pc doesn't reboot immediately, but first display an warn screen, is that true?

To remove the virus you should use some online virus scan service, like panda antivirus http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/solutions/activescan/
(use it with internet explorer, it doesn't seem work with firefox),but, unfortunately, before to do that you should prevent the virus to reboot the system.

To do that, well, you should understand which kind of virus you have, for example if your system display a warn screen before reboot, you could try to do a google search typing what is written on the screen...
