SPOTS AND BLEMISHES

we all know about eating and drinking lots of water, but does anyone have any tips on what to do if you get them.

Woke up saturday an with mount etna errupting on my face !!!!!!! still there today

HAHA i edited the title of the post for you, i find that if i do get a spot best thing is to not touch them and they will go away on there own but a friend of mine always picks them says its to get out whatevers in them and they seem to disapear!?

Found something called BUHBYE blemish.. in boots its £10 but is taking the swelling down.

I use pure aloe, if you get a plant all you ahve to do is cut of a leave place in a sealed bag in the frigde. use the sap for almost everything.

Its clod cos its from the fridge and it heals very fast, good for burns and cuts and sun burn also kids cuts and scrapes. It promotes scar free healing. Its a very inexpensive way to use pure aloe as it can copst a bomb if you try and buy it.... :thumbsup:
