Got HSMP need advice

Hi to all,

I have just got an HSMP visa and planning to move to london in March.

I have couple of questions here.

1. I am looking for an area to stay which is safe and economical in terms of rent and would be looking for a nearer area from where it is possible to find temporary job.

2. Does anybody have idea about East-ham area?
