Lets not criticise everyone!

Just a rant about todays snow.

Why is it people feel the need to complain about public services?

"Oh the grit didnt stick on my road"

"I couldnt get into work"

"My train was late"

"Other countries can cope"

We had 8 inches of snow in under a day! Everyone out there working did all they could to beat it but it was just too much, enjoy the day off and chill out! Stop trying to blame someone for a once in a quarter century event! S**t happens!

I hate snow. Truly I do. However, the silver lining is that the roads are so quiet it was fantastic driving around today. And as the schools were closed there were no yummy mummys in cars that are too big for their brains doing idotic things as they drive Molly and Jack home from the Montessori.

Was where you work closed?

My SIL works at the kids school & was told they could either stay at school & man the phones or go home.

10-15 people can't man the phones so she went home.

She was told that she'd have to make up the hours..... what a joke.

I built a great big beautiful snowman called Jock MacSnow in the churchyard opposite my house. But someone wrecked him and stole our stuff and made a snowman outside their house with our stuff. So last night me and my friend sabotaged their abomination.
