Has anyone been to the O2? If so what are the seats like? Are they the foldable stadium seats? Or are they individual chairs? Are there arms on the chairs? Is it worth purchasing seats on the floor in front of the stage or is the stage too high?

I've been, but I was on Level 4, the view was pretty good. The seats are not individual at the top.

There usually aren't seats on the floor, what event is it you want to attend? The stage is (I think) different from band to band, anyway when I saw Keane there it was of an average height, I'd say something short of 2 metres.

the seats aren't too comfortable though, well thats what i thought and i don't think they had arm rests lol but that was the seating on the ground floor bit in front of a stage, could be different for the rest of the seating.

Even if I hadn't been there (and I have) I would suggest block 106, or 109 for that matter. IMO they're both better than 402, where you'd have a very lateral view of the stage. Now, every show is different, the stage is different and so on, but even if the front blocks are a little far from the action at least you'll see all of it. My opinion of course. But nothing beats standing on the ground floor at a gig.
What show is it anyways?

The seating in the upper levels (ie: the 400's) is very high up and steep and a little atmosphereless.

As far as I remember for my vists the seats are fold down stadium style with arm rests. I dont ever remember being in discomfort there.

Yeh I've heard they're quite steep which I really don't like. I'm going for the first time in April.

Went last night, so can definitively say:

the seats are folding, cushioned, with arm rests and cup holders!
