I do think it's great that people are willing to be filmed giving birth as it's important from an educational point of view, but I personally can't think of anything worse. You look terrible, aren't in control of what you're doing/saying and have all your bits on show in the worst possible light.... you wouldn't get me doing that on TV for all the money in the world :scared:

Yeah some women do poo.... i was so worried about that when i had my first baby :laugh:
I didn't split but i had an episiotomy cos my son was big..... and oh my god i was in agony for about 8 wks after.
My mum filmed the birth of my first son............. and zoomed in on my bits afterwards to show me the stitches & all the blood loss lol.
Not exactly something i want to get out & show everyone.
At the time though whilst in labour i didn't care who was there.... even when a good looking doc came in i didn't care what he saw :laugh:
