Last Night

Need to shaaarre...

Last night I went to a radio recording of a BBC show called 'Heresy'. It's a comedy discussion show. David Mitchell (one hald of Mitchell and Webb, Peep show and panelist on various programmes) was one of the guests. I am a HUUUGE David Mitchell fan. I've been to a number of recordings opf various programmes he's been in (some by coincidence).

Anyways in this show they ask a couple of member of the audience their opinion and my partner's name was called out. he had filled in this questionairre prior to the show starting marking down that he 'strongly agrees' with the phrase 'You can't trust what you read on the internet'. The subject of intternet dating had been brought up during the show. Incidentally, my partner and I met over the Internet so he told our story. Which is an amusing one I guess. Then the host asked to speak to me, and so I chatter for a bit and David Mitchell was talking to meeeeeeeeee! Agggggggghhhh!!

I'll find out the date that the show is being broadcast and for those who are interested you can have a listen :D

Lol well it was a radio recording so it will be on BBC Radio 4 soon. I'll letu guys know when once I find out. I'm sure the programme will be available to listen to online too once it's aired.

On another not this evening I went to a comedy/music gig hosted by one of my fave comedians Boothby Graffoe (look him up) and got to see and meet the brilliant Kevin Eldon (look him up too, you'll recognise the face - Big Train, Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, Bill Bailey live stuff...). Been a biiiig fan of him for years, very under-recognized as a great British comedic gem.
