Sat here at my desk at AIL Towers listening to "Boom shake shake the room" I was wondering if anyone else is allowed to have music on in their office?

If so, what's on now?

Hmmm. You should try Absolute radio, they have a "no repeat promise" which is really nice to hear.

I tend to listen to Xfm, then Absolute radio, then maybe Capital. Used to listen to Radio 1 until I realised I actually didn't like any of the DJs since Mark and Lard finished.

It seems in our office only one person is allowed to play music. I tried once when she was off and some nob complained and I was told to turn it off. So instead I get to listen to my crazy colleague who mutters nasty comments to herself all day. One rule for some...

Yep, I was the same with Radio 1. Can't listen to any of the DJs on there now... all desperately struggling to sound cool. Try hards!!! Grrr.

I've gone completely in the other direction now and listen to Radio 2 most of the time. Well, I did hit 30 last year; to be expected really.

It sounds naff, and although Steve Wright is a complete tit, they do play some top tunes... just had some A-ha, Radiohead, Lynyrd Skynyrd and the theme tune to Shaft all back to back. Now you wouldn't get that on Radio 1.

Wrighty's just playing the new Doves single now. Has anyone else heard that song yet? I reckon it's quality.
