Where is the 'London Forum' venue?

I am going to a concert at the London Forum venue, but have no idea where it is, or which coach station to travel to in order to be anywhere near it.
Could someone please explain where it is, or give me their website link, and the name of the nearest tube station and coach station if possible. Thanks.

The "London Forum" is most probably The Forum in Kentish Town:
