Any views on the Oxo Tower Restaurant??

I went there a couple of months ago. The views are great, though in the summer watch that your not blinded by the sun light. I found the food and service average for such a very expensive place. Operated by Harvey Nicks, and I would say from my experience the service and food was not as good as you would get from the top floor restaurant in knightsbridge.
