Good cafe in Islington?

I'm looking for a really nice cafe or coffee shop in Islington where I can buy a good not-too-expensive coffee and read newspapers for free (long story, need to read lots of them but too cheap to buy them all, hopefully this is a solution). Failing that, anywhere in London will do. Any advice?
