Has anyone ever stayed at this apartment hotel?Is it clean?quiet?

If the pictures are anything to go by it doesn't look great. Although it does look like they were taken in 1985.
The location is pretty good but if I was you I'd look around before booking this place.

Yes.I've seen the website and some of the decorating isn't great but what Iwould really like to know is if the place is clean and quiet with decent beds.
