car parking bank holiday monday

I am planning to drive to london on Monday 17th April and would appreciate any info on free parking and whether sunday parking works on bank holiday mondays.

Bank holidays are treated as Sundays by Westminster council, I'm pretty sure the other boroughs will do the same.
