Good funky house clubs?

Can anybody recommend any good house/funky house clubs in London?

Recently re-discovered my love of clubbing but lost touch of all the hotspots. Over recent weeks have tried various such as Cafe de Paris, NYT, Tiger, Capisce etc but they're all playing rnb at the mo.

Was at Capisce last night and told that one floor was funky house. Heard 2 house tunes all night amidst the hip hop and rnb.

I'm not after anything cutting edge. Just some great tunes you can dance to like So Many Times, Shined On Me, Most Precious Love or some great Hed Kandi stuff.

It seems all the obvious places are big on rnb at the mo so I'll have to hunt out a great place tucked out the way somewhere.

I am on the net searching for the same thing....

Used to be a clubber but have lost touch lately...really want a good funky house night for me and a friend to enjoy a night of dancing ...

I can recommend Milk n 2 Sugars at The End - but these are one off nights...

Have you found a regular place for Friday nights - we are looking for somewhere for this friday night the 12th May 06.

Well the split floor thing at Capisce only really happens on Thursday (when the venue fills up) and some Friday's.

However the place to go for some good funky house has got to be Friday's at Chinawhite (where the main room is dedicated to playing funky house and commercial dance as there is a seperate R'n'B Room)and Saturday's at funky buddha (however this may vary).
