I ordered two cd's from them, one week later I went to them to find out what was going on. The staff member I spoke to was both arrogant and dismissive and would offer me no idea of when the cd's would arrive. My complaint is that when ordering the cd's I was not told that fopp could not guarantee delivery, however they are available on Amazon at a lower price. I use to buy a lot of cd's from Fopp but they have now lost a customer thanks to their disgraceful staff. Well done Fopp, you have driven me to a company I loathe (Amazon) but at least I won't have to deal with ignorant and offensive staff.

Horrible customer service. Male staff who work in the music section are extremely rude when asked to locate albums or check prices. Going into this shop gives me a headache due to the apathetic and rude attitude of staff in the music section. The strange thing is that staff in the DVD section are very pleasant.

I go there very often, it's a most delightful place. Not only they have a fantastic back cat on vinyl, they also have staff who knows their music and always pleased to help. They have recently been very busy, and HMV should invest on staff on this location, I am sure there was never cues before, and it's sad to see the staff really struggling on Sundays.
If you like electronic music look no further, there's a Dj who works there, he will blow you with knowledge.

I had been to this store on previous visits to London, however, it was only recently (September 2013) that I actually ventured downstairs and to my delight I discovered lots more competetively priced DVDs and Blu-rays, especially world cinema, documentary and regular feature film titles. The store also has a small but eclectic range of books on offer at keen prices. For a film buff it is one of the few physical stores left in central London, where one can still browse, discover and purchase great films at great prices - as such it deserves our wholehearted support. I'll definitely be back!
